How long does it take?
Local Orders: String Jobs may take 1-3 business days, while Dye Jobs can take 4-10 business days depending on complexity.
Online Orders: String Jobs may take 5-10 business days (including when materials arrive and shipping), while Dye Jobs can take 10-20 business days, depending on complexity
Rush Orders are completed as soon as possible.
Can I send you/drop off my head?
Yes! You can opt for sending your own head option in the custom order form or drop your head off at our partnering locations.
Can you replicate my current setup?
Yes! In the Custom Order, you can opt for the "replicate my pocket" option and upload clear images of what you want replicated.
